Okay it's a def fast Friday. I know I've still got my fasts in but the food has been extremely indulgent on non fast days. More so than normal so I'm really looking forward to hitting my goal by end jan. 8.10 pleeeeaaaaaassse! 30 day shred, squats n abs starts on Friday too. Schools back tues so stupid shifts gone and cardio Carrie commences haha. I've a feeling 2015 is gonna be a fab year but that could be the wine, champagne or choc baileys talking? Haha!

It's been Christmas & New Year though babe so it's allowed!!!! I have no doubt you'll hit your goal & you will probably be the only person I know who does the squat challenge & completes it xx
 
Yesterday's planned fast ended in a piggy day. Moving onwards.... Plan today to eat cleaner, filling cals and back to taking pics of food. Back to the usual mon/wed/fri fasts and goal is to be 8.10 after a NON fast day xxx

Yep. As much as it's not the perfect day, it's been an okay day. Under 1400kcals ( fab for a sat I think ) but still some choc, Pringles and a digestive.... Lol xxx my tea xxx

Day 1 shred, squats n abs finished off with 8 mins of hula. Bootea teatox tea had and now having a green tea, will have scan bran with natural sweetener for breakfast. Scales are not really my friend at the minute but I'll see where I am on sat after a normal week. Xxx
 
You are living proof that maintenance can work and it's not some imaginary pot of goal us dieters are looking for. However, I know I Have to be honest with myself and accept the commitment to lose weight also applies to maintaining it and requires hard work.

So so i'll be continuing to drop by for inspirational, to cheer you along when needed :) I think I will have to seriously give 5:2 a try for longer once I reach goal.
 
Thanks ladies, scales are looking a bit more reasonable lol. Finished on 475 yesterday, planning a controlled up day today as I'm determined to get this festive period gain off. After 5 up days and 1 fast I'm only 1lb up from hogmanays weight but still 4lbs up from Xmas day weight. I'll get there... About to start cardio. Then planning a yummy Parma ham, egg on scan bran combo for breakfast have a great day everyone xxx
