Breakfast was granola, fat free strawberry yog, banana and raisins, had a before main meal snack of a skinny latte and 2 x digestives, tea was jacket potato and Kerry low chicken biryani, snacks 5 x scan bran
, 3 with strawberry jam and 2 with peanut butter and a dairy milk choc ice lolly. Yummmeeeeee xxx

Final fast completed on 460, black coffee breakfast, Marks chicken, mushroom and potato meal and 3 x scan bran with jam. 30day shred, 1/2hr hula, abs n squats and 7hrs waist training DONE! Yay! Xxx

Thanks Lexie! A fab treat sat which included lots of snax ( full bottle rose wine ) and yummy food. First sat under 3000 in a long time and the best bit is I had a fab breakfast, lunch, and tea and only a treat night. Not a treat day! Aiming for a less than tdee day tomorrow. Done level 2 shred, squats, abs and 60 min hula ( rest day from waist trainer ) xxx
