Maintining Your Weight

Please can anyone help, once you have reached your goal weight, do I carry on with the same quantity of food, or should I start cutting down on my portions. I do slimming world from home so would appreciate your help:confused:
 
I've never reached the maintain part, but from what i remember from others you are suppose to gradually increase syns and stuff, and alter them until you maintain. I'm not 100% sure thats right, i'm sure someone else will be able to help you better than I can :)
 
the official line from slimming world is to add extra heb's and see how many you need to maintain.
so for eg ... add extra heb on 3 days...if still lose,add more following week and so on.

that is the only official information.

pretty much you just have to see what works for you x
