Secondly, don't beat yourself up for being human! :)

If I were you, I'd forget about yesterday. And just try to follow the plan to the letter for the rest of the week.

Sh!t happens :) Draw a line and start again today, I think it happens to most of us when the pesky hormones come out to play!
