Making SW cheesecake with gelatine - I'm useless LOLOL Please help x


Hi all, I've decided to make a Mother's Day treat for the family and myself later this week to celebrate Mother's Day. We all love cheesecake and I managed to source some Scan Bran and found some lovely recipes. However, they all contain gelatine and my previous attempts to use the stuff in recipes have all been a complete disaster. It just ends up a clumpy mess in the rest of the mix o_O I'm usually a good cook and okay baker, but gelatine defeats me every time. Would anyone have a fool-proof top tip how to work it in without messing up the entire mix? Any help would be much appreciated xx Many thanks in advance x
