Hello all,

I rejoined SW last year (March 2017) but haven't been back to Minimins in a long time.
I'm currently feeling a bit lost with my SW journey too as I've lost a lot (5 stones) but recently my motivation is slipping so I need you lovely lot to help me please?
Although we plan our meals on a weekly basis (husband is also a member) and have nothing 'naughty' in the house, this week I've managed to have ice creams, popcorn, and a Chinese! I know I'll gain for sure and for the first time ever, I'm thinking of not going to group.
How do I get my mojo back??
