Are these free? I assume they would be as they are extra lean but not quite sure

Less than 5% fat is free (ie 5g per 100g), more than that you need to check the syns

Although the meat may be free there could well be other ingredients such as fillers that are not. So best to get someone to look them up online or post the nutritional info so someone can work out the syns for you.

Not online & not much info on the packaging just says it also has a chilli sauce in ingredients ( chilli puree garlic puree water vinegar )

Looking on here they're only 88% beef and the ingredients include flour at the top of the list so I can't imagine they can be free. I take it there's no nutritional info on the pack?

Personally as you dont have the nutritional info I would just syn it as a standard burger. Its only a few syns and a one-off isnt going to make any difference.

Beef, burgers, aberdeen angus, grilled, each 11
Beef, burgers, luxury/premium, grilled, each 4½
