Brekkie - Cereal Bar (HEXB)

Snacks - Fruit and Nat Yog, Satsumas x 2

Lunch - Chicken Salad, Edamame Beans, Grated Carrot, FF Salad Dressing, Quavers (4.5)

Snack - Activias, Light Choices Carrot Cake Slice (4.5)

Evening Meal - Tuna Pasta Bake with Tuna, Passata, HEXA Cheese, Fusilli, Sweetcorn

Total syns - 9

Exercise - Zumba Wii Fit (20 mins Beginners Workout) + 10 mins Wii Fit Training
 
Tuesday 1st November 2011 - EE Day!

Brekkie - Cereal Bar (HEXB)

Snacks - Fruit and Nat Yog, Banana

Lunch - Chicken Salad, FF Salad Dressing, Quavers (4.5)

Snack - Activias, Light Choices Carrot Cake Slice (4.5)

Evening Meal - Home made Chicken Korma with chicken, creme fraiche (3), rice, korma paste (1 syn) and half a light choices nan bread (9 syns - OOPS)

Total syns - 22

Exercise - 10 mins Wii Fit Training + Daily Test

I've been quite good while you've been away, 2 losses of a 1lb! Hopefully another this week...

Got a Wii Fit and Zumba for Wii too (bought it off my sister for £50 the lot!) so been hitting that every minute I can... all good!

Will pop over to your diary now for a catch up!

Wednesday 2nd November 2011 - EE Day!

Snack - Activia, first mince pie of 2011! (13 syns - wounder!!)

Evening Meal - Home Made Burgers, Massive Salad, HEXA Feta, Salad Dressing (2.5)

Total syns - 21

Exercise - 10 mins Wii Fit Training + Daily Test

Lost half a lb last night, I was a bit disappointed as worked so hard all week with zumba and Wii Fit, but that's 2lb over 3 weeks now, 3 losses in a row which is good... just really need that 2lb loss to gee me up a bit... agh!

Thursday 3rd November 2011 - EE Day!

Lunch - Salad, HEXA Feta, Quavers (4.5)

Snack - Light Choices Mini Victoria Sponge (4.5)

Evening Meal - Out for dinner (Italian), going to go for something like crab linguine and call it 5 syns (sneaky I know)... glass of wine (6)

Total syns - 20 TBC

Exercise - 10 mins Wii Fit Training + Daily Test
 
Been a total slacker on exercise this week, only a bit of Zumba! Also ate out 3 times in 4 days due to various occasions!! (The social whirlwind is beginning already!) I tried my best to not go mad, had a dessert though twice, I did stay low syn in the day though... damage control and going for the STS this week...! Showing half up at the min... xxxxxxxxx

Tuesday 8th November 2011 - EE Day!

Brekkie - Cereal Bar (4)

Snacks - Fruit and VLF Natural Yoghurt

Lunch - HEXB Bread, Ham, Salad, Salad Cream (2), Tesco Crappy Hula Hoop things (4.5)

Snack - Mullerlights x 2, Mini WW Sponge (4.5)

Evening Meal - Pork and Rice one pot with loads of superfree thrown in! (FREE)

Total syns - 15

Exercise - Wii Fit Daily Test, Wii Bowling (half an hour), Level 1 Shred
 
ooh Shred!!! are you starting again?

I'm trying to do it 3 times a week lol, my fella has been doing it as well, he now knows the pain of Jillian haaaaaa!!! xxxxxxx
 
Wednesday 9th November 2011 - EE Day! WEIGH IN DAY

Brekkie - Cereal Bar (4)

Lunch - HEXB Bread, Cajun Chicken Pieces (1), HEXA Feta, Tsatziki (1)

Snack - Mullerlights x 2, Mini WW Sponge (4.5)

Evening Meal - Sausage Casserole made with Tesco Low Fat Sausages (4) and Colmans SC Mix (3.5 for half sachet), Potatoes, Onion, Peppers

Total syns - 18

Exercise - Wii Fit Daily Test, Wii Bowling (half an hour)

Hoping for STS, 3 meals out and a lot of shred/Wii last few days to try and make up! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Lost another half... that's only 2.5lbs over 4 WIs, but at least it is 4 LOSSES IN A ROW! Not had that for a long time!

Lunch - Innocent Bombay Curry Pot (8) WTF?!?!?! Thought it would be less!! Banana, Apple

Snack - Mullerlights x 2

Evening Meal - Eating out - seafood salad (free!), pasta with arribiata sauce (guess 5?!) and a diet coke

Total syns - 13

Exercise - Rest Day

Lunch - Chicken and Bacon salad (home made) Banana, Apple, Crisps (5.5)

Snack - Mullerlights x 2, Mini Carrot Cake Light Slice (4.5)

Evening Meal - Sausage Casserole made with (sachet 3.5, sausages 4), Potatoes, Superfree veggies, stock

Total syns - 17.5

Exercise - Wii Zumba + Wii Fit 10 mins
