Brekkie - HEB Cereal Bar

Snacks - Satsumas x 2, Apple

Lunch - Chicken Pieces (1), Massive Salad, Crisps (5.5)

Snack - Mullerlight, Mini Carrot Cake Light Slice (4.5)

Evening Meal - Turkey Bolognese stuffed with any superfree I can find!!

Total syns - 11

Exercise - Wii Zumba + Wii Fit 10 mins

Lunch - HEB Bread, Ham, Egg, Salad, Salad Cream (1), Crisps (5.5)

Evening Meal - Prawns, HEXA Feta, Linguine, Tomatoes, Peppers, Passata, Onion, Chilli

Brekkie - Fruit and Natural Yog

Snacks - Satsuma, Apple

Lunch - Turkey, Egg, Chorizo (5) Salad, Salad Cream (1), Crisps (5.5)

Snack - Mullerlight

Evening Meal - TBC after WI, going food shopping.

Total syns - 11.5

Still no idea what it was, I've not had any reaction since and carried on as normal, may have just been one of those things?! It was sooo weird!!!! xxxxxxxxx

Showing STS today, not bad as had a slip up last Thursday and Friday, went to the Manchester Markets on Thursday and had a Manchester Egg (like a scotch egg but with black pudding in it) and a couple of beers, then had pizza with my sister Friday night!

I have been 100% since then though, and have counted it all up... need to stay under 7 syns til WI day!!

Couldn't get on yesterday as work is just MENTAL! I was 100% though and hd 5 syns all day. WI later xxxx
 
-2.5lbs!!! For me that is a MASSIVE loss!

It also takes my run of "no gains" to 5 WIs! And adds up to 5lb off in 5 WIs.

Hi All,

I am still around and on plan, been 100% for 3 days anyhow, had quite a few drinks and flexi synned Saturday so fingers crossed for a STS this week (Its * week). I'm due a gain as haven't had one for 5 WIs but would be great to get to 6 weeks without one!

We will see... need to get some superspeedy stuff into my dinner somehow so will prob throw a bag of salad in somewhere!

Gained half last night, not too worried as it was * week and I had flexi synned once, but never mind, 100% week coming right up!

Thursday 1st December 2011 - EE Day!

Brekkie - Banana, Advent choc (1)

Snacks - Satsuma

Lunch - HEB Wholemeal Roll, Creole Chicken (1), Salad, Crisps (5)

Snack - Activia, Mince Pie (10!)

Evening Meal - Home Made Beef Stroganoff (3 for Creme Fraiche) full of superfree, tagliatelle

Total syns -20 (Bloody mince pie!)

Hi All,

Not been around the last couple of weeks, the festivities have really kicked in and not really been on plan, although I have kind've managed to maintain my weight (think I was half up last check).

I've been doing a lot of thinking about SW lately, and I am getting totally bored of the plan, and the way I am coasting along doing it... pretty much maintaining my weight over the course of the last 8 months (through no fault of SW, I haven't been 100% committed) and I've gotten lazy with things like superfree and syns, as if I almost know the plan too well that I don't have to to check things any more...

Basically what I'm getting at is, in an effort to kick start things, get me interested again, and hopefully the scales shifting, I may join WW for a while... does that sound like madness? Those I know who are doing it say it is a lot closer to SW these days anyhow, and I think the restriction on portions might be good for me, as I do eat A LOT...

Anyhow, nothing concrete decided, but just putting it out there...
