Marisa Peer Challenge

Hi all, I haven't posted on here much so I'm a bit of a newbie, hoping for a bit of :help2:!!

I read Marisa Peer's book about a month ago now. I found it inspiring and it totally changed my attitude towards food and weight control. I rapidly lost 12lb without even trying. However, as a few weeks passed my motivation fizzled out. Here's the plan ..... read the book again and hope that it positively inspires me (again). I am going to keep a bit of a diary on here about how it is going and problems I am encountering along the way. I am off to get half an hour of reading in before bed so wish me luck!

In the meantime, I would be really interested to hear from anyone who has dealt with the psychological aspect of weight problems, whether by reading something like this or any other alternative therapies, rather than fad diets.
