Marks and spencer have a new multipack of their count on us fat free yoghurts. I bought them as they were cheaper than the big pots. The big pots are free but looking at these they have sugar in them. Can someone work out the syns for me as I can't do it on my phone

Hmm.. I'm not sure I've done this right as there's sugar in them however it's come up that they're all free on EE and green, but 3 on red.

When I entered the free food information I did it on the green food allowance, dairy, yoghurt- is that right?? I think it should be the same as yoghurt is free food on both- if I'm right (I definitely did the figures correctly!) then the following is correct for all three:

Free per package/portion on Extra Easy
Free per package/portion on Green
3 Syns per package/portion on Original

Hope that helps...

Really?! Thanks that's really good news as they are lovely yoghurts and I was annoyed when I saw the sugar in the ingredient list. You get four pots for £1.99 if anyone is interested - two vanilla, and one each of rhubarb brulee and strawbwrry. They are also veggie friendly :)
