marks and spencers choc muffin

    Ive just had a m&s count on us choc muffin pot ,it was 2.5 points and was worth every point of it,it was that good i need to go back and get some more,defo worth a try.xx

    Yummy - must look out for them. I had a chocolate cupcake last week from a supermarket over here called Superquinn. It was yummy too but a whole 4.5pts but so worth it. Am I bold - yes I am!!!!

    have you tried the ww chocolate brownie dessert? thats yummy, and i think its 3-3.5 points (the online tracker sometimes brings it up as different to whats on the box... ?) but its delicious and I actually only feel like I could eat one once ive finished it... which is always good for me... normally im a right piggie! xx

    I loooooove COU stuff from M&S. I always have the muffin dessert or the trifle. Yumscious and low pointage - I like them at the weekends for a special treat :)

    i only discovered cou last week , for the same points as a weight watchers meal so much better, even the mash tasted like proper mash. Defo worth a few extra pennies
