Hi can anyone please tell me how many syns are in the Marks and spencers count on us, beef filled yorkshire puddings are please? And also the carrot, swede and potato mash (not count on us, just normal range) please

The mash is 10.5 syns for 450 grams! Quite high really! The aunty Bessie's carrot and swede mash is free and really nice xx

Don't know if they are the right ones but if its a twin pack the Yorkshires are 10.5 for 160 grams x

Wow!! I used to eat both of them with veg on the side pre slimming world. Won't be doing that again.

fab thank you! I normally get the count on us one which is about 3-4 syns for the whole lot, just my husband got the wrong one this time (he certianly knows now hahah) the yorkshire puddings were lovely though
