no where do you get it and is it in a block or is it a spread?

you can get it in asda, tesco and morrisons, its in a little round tub and comes in a net of 5 or you can buy it in a round block with the black rubber coating on it

my husband has it really thick too Lizie, i only like a thin coating on my toast

What is with some men spreading it so thick. My uncle was quite shocked when I didn't like it.
