I mix a teaspoon in with my scrambled eggs and mushrooms. There's a thread here somewhere called "Marmite Potatoes" which are just SW roasties but coated in marmite first.
I hated it up until about 3 years ago when I craved it after a hangover. Now, I can sit with a jar and a bag of lettuce and just dip it! I also drizzle a little over my jacket potato.
