Mash Direct - Mashed Turnip

Hi Everyone

I bought this from Morrisons over the weekend. It's a 400g pack and states the ingredients as: turnip (98%), butter, salt, pepper.

Slimming Worlds online calculator states it is 4.5 syns per pack, which is probably the butter.

Would I still be able to class it as 1/3 superfree as part of my meal?

As the majority of the product is superfree then I would count it personally.

Parsnips are not superfree they are only free so can't count towards your 1/3 superfree
