May 31st Mini Challenge

I had my first takeaway tonight and i only used 25 of my extra weekly points...but they sent me a free piece of chocolate truffle torte...and i cut it in half gave the bigger half to liam and it was beautiful...not going to lie!! Those are my treats for the week :) and i couldnt finish my chips!!

Ok I'm back. Had a ridiculously busy week that has resulted in my eating junk. I have put weight on. Not happy. But I am 2 weeks away from my first goal and I need big losses these 2 weeks to make it happen. So from here it is strict diet for 2 weeks with as much exercise as I can fit in, I have got another busy week though. Really need to get some big big losses. Anyone who fancies giving me a kick up th backside please do. I think I am going to need it.
 
Ohhh god do you u know i need a kick up the bum as well its pay day week and ive put on this week :( im so annoyed!!

I've had slim fast for tea but I know what you mean. I am really hungry. I think it is because my stomach has Re expanded.

Yeah i think mine has as well im so annoyed with myself!!! But i knoe its my fault!! Never mind, after wednesday its another day, i think with me is a physcological thing as well, because i want the food more than i need it
 
Same here. Time for the stomach to shrink again. Temporary hunger will result in weight loss. I j ust want all the rubbish that made me like this in the first place. Why should I love things that have done this to me.

My friends had a pregnancy related emergency so i cant go to weigh in as ive gotta see her, but i weighed on my drs scales this morning and i had put on 1lb...thats fine been on it all today and will carry on now all week no messing around!!
 
Hey guys, I intend on doing this and wonder if anyone would like to join me. It consists of 30 days hardcore weight loss. Here's the rules.



No cheating for 30 days, you stick. To the diet whichever you are on.

10 sit ups on day 1 and increase by 1 each day.

10 press ups on day1 and increase by 1 each day.

30 mins walk everyday.

20 mins of some other exercise everyday.

Drink at least 1 litre of water per day.

Love yourself everyday - everyday write down 1 good thing about yourself. It has to be different everyday. You can post them on here. By the end of may we will have 30 things we like and hopefully feel better about ourselves.

Have 30mins 'me time' each day. Away from the stress an hassle.



Anybody up for this with me?



It's not set on weight as such but if we stick to it we should lose. I would like to lose 20lb this month and make it a big target for a good month. It's gonna be hard to stick to, I know that. But let's try.
