hey people who are looking at this right now
.. saw that there was an April challenge and obviously it was too late for me to join that, soooo thought it'd be a good idea to start a May challenge as May is literally round the corner. Think of what weight you want to aim for by the 1st of June, then add your name to the list (that I've started underneath with my name) along with the what you weigh now and then what you want to weigh by the 1st of June, and then in brackets you can update your loss whenever you want to - I'd say at least once a week but that's up to you
