What you do is copy the last lot of coloured names and figures and paste them into the reply box and you change your figures in this so if yours for last week showed as ........

Katie_O 20lbs ----------------- 7lbs gone
SarahLou 16lbs ---------------5lbs gone

and this week you've lost 3lbs - you'd change it to

Katie_O 20lbs ----------------- 7lbs gone
SarahLou 16lbs ----------------8lbs gone
