Mayonnaise

I always use extra light or lighter than light varieties as the normal/light versions can still have quite a lot of syns!

Below is a rough idea for unbranded versions - individual brands can vary! Best way to work it out is using the 20 calories = 1 syn rule as it contains no free food.

I used the hellmanns light today & had 3 tbsp's & it was 6 syns!

Wayyyyyyyyyy too much.

Aldi's lighter than light mayo is only 1/2 syn per tbsp.
 
I mind aswell!!

I'm starving & just about to head out to WI now then off to get some of this Aldi mayonnaise.
