Here's my food diary for today:-

B: courgette & mushroom 2 egg omelette

L: Pasta n Sauce cheese & broccoli made with water & quark, grilled chicken & asparagus topped with 30g cheese (HE)

S: 60g w/m roll (HE), lean ham & sliced tomatoes, kiwi fruit.

D: chicken wrapped in lean bacon, SW chips, sweetcorn, red onion, red pepper & coriander salsa with watercress salad.

Now to start working out tmrws menu!
 
Wednesday's Eats:-

B: Courgette & Mushroom Omelette

L: Baked potato, baked beans, 30g grated cheese (HE), Salad & Salad cream light (1.5 syns)

D: Boiled new potatoes, steamed carrots & green beans and grilled fish or some description - need to see what's good at the shop.

S: Not sure but maybe a soup and a w/m roll (HE) and fruit

Getting the ingredients to make the slow cooker pulled pork tomorrow - I've been reading so many rave reviews about it so want to give it a go with some h/m coleslaw and potato wedges!
