You can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 calories. It's usually 5 or 6 syns for something like this.

I love these, but I agree 6 syns is quite a bit. Plus I'd be tempted to have more than one once I started, so that 6 syns could quite easily be 12 or 18 !!!

But saying that if I'm in a good SW mood, 6 syns for one is great I'd just have to eat it slowly to get my 6 syns worth out of it!
