    Ok all you ladies of much knowledge :)

    Been browing the SW website and have a couple of questions.

    What is scan bran? and

    What is Quark?

    And where do you buy them?

    Scan bran you can get from group or I think health food shops do them. Never had them myself so I don't know exactly what they are.

    Quark is like a soft cheese. Tastes yucky on it's own but can be great in some recipes

    Forgot to say, you get Quark from any supermarket in the chilled section

    scan bran are made from carpet tiles ;)

    scan bran are rank - describing them as carpet tiles makes it sound like they actually taste of something!

    As for quark: if you're not using it in a recipe then it's really only good for filling holes in the plaster!

    If anyone tells you that mixing an options hot chocolate sachet and quark together makes a nice dessert - They're lying!!!

    scan bran is like brown grass with every ounce of tast sucked out and dried into a square that resembles cardboard. lol. have a full pack in the house
