And yet another question!! Gerting into the black coffe was wondering can I have the flavoured roast coffee? Not the syrup I know that's a no no but you know the. specialist mix roast coffee beans u get they are gorgeous but is it a yes or no??? If it's yes I'm off to meadowhall In the morning!!!!!!!

You could have a look on the nutritional info for them, see if there's any added sugars, citric acid, anything that's not advised on VLCD.
