How often does your cdc normally measure you? Had first weigh in today and forgot to ask about it, only remembered after she had left!

Mine does it every week..but not sure if all cdcs do x

Ill ask her next week, tried to measure myself but only seem to have lost 1/2 an inch off my waist and nothing anywhere else hopefully im not doing it right!

every week AND the result after 1 week is: 4 inches off my waist!

Well done! How much weight did you lose? I lost 9 pounds but only half an inch!
