Meat Free Products

Hello I am not a vegetarian but I am wondering if anyone has any idea of meat free products low in syns as an alternative Many Thanks

Were not veggie but have 2-3 nights a wk no meat.

My family love quorn pieces stir fried with noodles + stir fry veg.

Quorn sausages are now free again so sausage mash + beans

Or use mixed beans for bean chili

I love the Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages which are also free.

As for the actual topic, I use lots of meat free products but I'm not a vegetarian.

Unless I'm making burgers all the mince I use is quorn, so all my chilli's, spag bol, cottage pie ect. are meat free. I also love the quorn steak and lamb strips, they're great. Quorn meatballs are good and lots of meat free sausages are lovely, you have to check each brand though as some are very low in syns but some are higher

Ty peeps will have a look and see what is out there I have found a lot of the vegetable burgers ect are pretty high in syns xx

So its not the normal quorn sausages that are free, but the new low fat ones. Makes sense. I've never seen them but will keep an eye out
