Meat Free Sausages - syn value

I am trying to find out the syn value of Tesco and Asda meat free sausages please.
Have tried them both but read that the Tesco ones are 5 syns each so might as well eat full fat ones
Have had the Linda McCartney ones but prefer the others Thank you.

They are glamorgan sausages - they have cheese in them

Thanks for the explanation - I don't eat meat so have no idea what goes in proper sausages.
