meat troubles!

having a massive crisis. feeling i need to go back to meat eating for health and diet reasons. feeling mixed up.

are there any ex-veggies out there? i was veggie for 20 years before introducing fish (2011) and lately chicken (2012). really struggling with the red meat issue.
 
fish and chicken is good for you, particularly oily fish as it helps your memory and brain function and chicken is known as a speed food and can help speed weight loss up. as for red meat, i believe the consensus is that it should be a limited part of the diet as i dont think its contains anything thats particularly beneficial to you. i think its supposed to be enjoyed every now and again if thats your thing, i personally love having a rack of ribs when i go to a restaurant, but im not sure there are any real benefits from it, so i think you're doing fine with just the fish and chicken. you could look at bringing turkey and ham into the mix if you want to change things up a bit also.
