Medication = Weight Gain = Time for it to go!!!

Hello!

So around four years ago now I got put on some medication, which, alongside a (ex) relationship saw me put on over three stone.

Last year I tried slimming world and I was weighing in at just short of 14st and since then I have managed to get down to 12st 10.5lb without really trying (I think getting dumped last year helped as all ex used to do was eat sweets and takeaways!). I'm now struggling to shift the weight naturally (a side effect of my medication is weight gain/struggling to shift it) so I started my weight-loss journey last week!

My biggest vice, without a doubt, is cheese and wine (I usually combine the two!) so that's going to be hard to avoid. I tend to spend my evenings with a glass of wine, so I thought instead of that, lets get stuck into minimins and (hopefully) make some friends and find some fabulous recipes!

I quite enjoy cooking from scratch and trying out new things so if anyone has any must try recipes, please post them!
