I have had a horrible past few days and just been diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection.
dont think i've had anything this painful before =[
As well as my tablets the doctor has recommended lemsips and throat soothers (like tunes or something i assume - havent been to the chemist yet to check)

of course i will try and get sugar free as i assume they are better.
But either way could you give me the PP for lemsip and any brands of throat soothers you know.

well i read on the old plan ww considers all medicinal products free no matter what suger or fat content they may have as they consider its more important you get the medication you need / health sorted than worry about things like that if your ill

i assume that is still the case
