I just want to say a big shout out to everyone on here!!
you have all helped me be 2 stone lighter than i was n september, and i am feeling amazing for it!!!!
you have all been such an amazing support to me, and kept my head above water!!!!

I want to wish you a merry christmas and hope that you are all having a wonderful one!!

back to it as soon as possible (when the rest of the family doos are done, and we come back from being away).
