Micro noodles

I have a question. I have a pot of noodles chicken flavour when i put them on the syns calculator on SW website they come up as 4.5 syns which is ok but i'm confused as to what noodles are free and where are they? What about the super noodles you get in all the supermarkets that are flavoured

low fat super noodles are free as they are free on a green day. if the noodles are free on a green day they will then bee free on a ee day hon

What make of Micro Noodles are you trying to syn? As said above Batchellors 98% Fat Free Super Noodles are free, normal Batchellor Super Noodles are not, neither are Pot Noodles.

hi squiddie there is no make on them it just says micro noodles chicken flavour i'll syn them just in case as i doubt they are free i'll have to look out for the low fat noodles
