Milk Allowance

hiya

can someone tell me what the HXA allowance is in ml for full fat milk? I don't normally have it but its all that is in the work fridge and I don't have my book on me

cheers all - I ended up going to tesco and getting some skimmed milk - full fat makes me feel guilty!
