    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how many syns are in an average cup of tea for both skimmed and semi skimmed milk?

Thinking I might need to bring some red top in to work!

Red top is 2 per 100ml, whole milk 3.5 per 100ml. But.... if you have milk as you HexA you can tap into 350ml during the day.
