Hiya all,
I know I'm a bit premature here, but I've just made some mince pies, and want to check I've worked the pro points values out before I devour sum...
I've made 24 pies, using 220grams of puff pastry and 140grams of mincemeat.
220g of puff pastry = 23pp
140g of mince meat = 12pp
Therefore 23 + 12 = 35
35pp divided by 24 pies = 1.45pp
So, 1 mince pie is 1pp, 2 is 3pp...
Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't ever bake anything...
Ta in advance..... Jay xx
