a new way of living!
thank you, still feel like a fat face though 
saw my ex tonight, hehehehe, OH said he was looking at me 'longingly' and when OH was not around he kept telling me i was looking good, asking how much weight i had lost etc... ha! had such a shallow feeling of satisfaction, but it was great!
long story short -we still keep in touch every few months as I got my ex fixed up with my best friend (he was 16 years my senior and my friend is similar age to him), I left him as my OH who i am with now turned my head, so lived alone till i got my marbles back then moved in with OH. never looked back!
anyway - he has made comments about missing me, what a 'great time' we had etc ever since (shame he never told me when i was with him, might have stopped me dumping him!) he always critized my weight (oddly enough i was similar weight to what I am now!) his loss.
anyway, another part of the Helen life history - should write a book - but no one would beleive half of it!
