I have a few things to report this week I have lost 2lb this week. I have now lost 3 stone. I have a non scale victory as well, I have been taken off my beta blockers by doctor as my blood pressure is now perfect. I am over the moon

2.25 off for me this week. Not only did I hit my first stone off but I entered a new stone bracket, only just but I will take it. I'm also s half stone lighter than I was a year ago.
I won't reach my revised target but I am still in with a chance of reaching my original target of 18lb

I never got around to updating last week. If it doesn’t happen on Friday morning it doesn’t happen at all. I did weigh myself though. I gained 0.6lb last week and STS at his week. I seem to be stalled. And I haven’t been walking as much either. I have 2 weeks left so hopefully I will lose something before then. I must stop picking! I will be happy to make it to my original target of 7lb.
