    Hello all,
I went for a snooze about 6 last night and woke up really miserable.
    I still feel miserable today.
Just can't seem to turn that frown upside down.
And i got on the scales this morning to see i hadn't lost anything.
    Who can cheer me up
Just thinking what is the point?
    peachy

Keep of the scales......that is the thing if we dont see progress it drags us down even more....!

You can and you will succeed if you really want to......I do know how hard it is though, especially if you used to eat for comfort like I did.

Be strong ...we will help you through this.

We all get 'down' days ... it's normal and I know it can be hard to chase the blues away. But it WILL pass; you'll only feel even worse if you throw in the towel.

You've done so well to come tihs far - and there's EVERY point to carrying on. What's the alternative? Think how you felt at the start of the diet: what drove you to wanting to lose the weight ... you really don't want to go back there do you?

Chin up - the clouds will lift and you'll be glad you didn't give up :)

I have these days too. They are so awful. I spend alot of time in bed. But it will pass. Try a nice walk, that sometimes helps me.
