I actually prefer to go, face the music and stay to group to get my motivation for the week, if I skip it then theres too much temptation to let the bad week roll on xx
I have on 2 occassions left my c a message saying i've had to work late so can't make weigh in - then gave myself a slap & gone & faced the music. I always feel better for it.
I have definatley 'cut' class when i have had a bad week - probably 4 or 5 times in the last 21 months!
Not many really - but sometimes i didnt see the point in paying and gaining, when i could have a holiday week - get back on track and lose the next week.
I am on a countdown now, so no cutting class for me! x
