Mix a Mousse

Is it ok to have a mix a mouse every day on SS+ or does this slow down weight loss? Any info appreciated.

I think so, I went through. Mix a mouse craze before I settled on my frozen chocolate tetras, I was only having mix a mouse. X 4 products as that's my daily minimum I continued to lose..
