Mixed Veg?

Hi guys gonna have an ocean pie tonight but wanna have some frozen mixed veg how many points is mixed veg??? xx

Erm if you look at the cals and sat fat on mix veg bag it will tell you once worked out, it all depends on what type of veg as some you don't point and others do, if it includes sweetcorn and peas then your looking about 0.5/1 point per 80gs i think!

Yeah its got peas, carrots and broccolli. Is Broccolli free? As I shoved a bit more broccolli in x

it's best to look at your own bag as each differ but, the tesco's "Farmhouse Mixed Vegetables" which has all of the above you've said and also cauliflower is; 0.5 points per 100g frozen

I always point my mixed veg at .5 if its got peas etc in I tend to buy the fresh stuff and freeze it as well rather than buying their prepared stuff.
