Mmmmm Fat free Marshmellows guilty free treat :D

Just to let you know that I went to poundworld yesterday and came across Bassetts fat free marshmellow . They have only 9 calories per piece with 0 sat fats....how cool is that ?? They taste absolutely gorgeous and I will defo be stocking up on them.

I worked out that 10 pieces are 1pt ......used the ww calcalator.

Just remember though marshmallows can have a slightly laxative effect so dont overdo it

Oh sorry guys I gave you the wrong name. It's BARRATTS FLUMPS.....I never noticed the name, I just saw the word FAT FREE...hee hee. You can get 50 pieces for £1. I haven't had the individually packed ones though and yes like starlight said, DON'T OVER DO IT!! Lol

Hi I got it from ticker factory. Once you have created your ticker if you click on your ticker again you can create your graph. Just follow the instructions on the website.

Sainsburys do sugar free marshmallows which are 5 cals a piece and 68 pence a bag. Great for putting into a cup of options hot choc yummmmy!!

Oh yum, they'll do for me for when I need a sweet fix, luckily I don't really get too many of them but when I do, I'll have a marshmallow or two! I'll be stocking up on them to toast for Bonfire night anyway

One of my old favourite recipes was to warm some stewed apples sweetened with sweetner (really low on points) and top with marshmallows. Grill until mallows start to go brown and gooey. A nice little dessert if you're looking for a change
