Mmmmmmmmmmm my diary

Well i re-joined SW this morning and have put on a shocking stone since my last weigh in, in August. :eek:

So the kick up the derriere starts today! I'm usually a very healthy eater and i cook all our food from scratch (other half has diet controlled diabetes and i never buy pre-made foods ot jars etc)

But over the last month my 5 year old daughter was admitted to hospital, as was Mark and myself (all different things) so has been a rubbish month and i've been living off pre-packed sandwiches, pastas and takeaways - aloing with crisps and choc. :rolleyes:

Tuesday 3rd November 09

Brekkie: Hifi Bar (he b)
Lunch: Homemade Butternut Squash, Red Pepper and Sage Soup
Dinner: Gammon Steak, Fresh Pineapple, Portabello Mushrooms, Broccoli and Carrots

Brekkie: Shape Yoghurt (lasting satisfaction), huge fruit salad (pineapple, clementine, and apple)

Lunch: Bacon, Poached Eggs, Mushrooms and Baked Beans

Dinner: Homemade Chicken Stir fry with noodles (going to try the fry light oriental spray if i can find it)

HE's A - Milk

Brekkie: Shape lasting satisfaction yoghurt, 2 large slices of honeydew melon, 1 nectarine

Lunch: 3 egg omelette filled with tuna, red onion and HE Cheese, 2 slices of Honeydew Melon and HIFI Bar

Dinner: Pork Chop, Swede and Carrot Mash, Savoy Cabbage and Gravy

Supper: Cheese on Toast , Hi fi Bar

Friday 6TH November

Brekkie: Tomato Scrambled eggs (chopped tinned tomatoes wth 2 free range eggs, whisked and scrambled) served with lots of chopped chestnut mushrooms fried with fry light

Lunch: Homemade Sweet Potato and Red Onion Soup followed by huge slice of Honeydew Melon

Dinner: Homemade Tuna Pasta Bake (heb Tuna, rigatoni pasta, courgettes, onions, tinned tomatoes, tom puree, chicken stock and herbs) topped with HEA X 2 Cheese


Syns - not sure yet!

Snacks: Banana / apple

Saturday 7th November (red)

Brekkie - 2 x Poached eggs, 2 rashers grilled Bacon, Mushrooms in fry light, HE W/meal Toast

Lunch: Tomato and Courgette Soup (homemade), followed by banana

Dinner: Homemade Chilli Con Carne (extra lean mince, tinned toms, kidney beans, peppers, mushrooms, onions, beef stock, fresh chillies and chilli flakes, rosemary and sage, garlic) HUGE BOWL FULL! Sprinkling of cheese (HEA)

HEB - Hi Fi (and toast at brekkie)

Looking good hon! Don't forget to syn your kidney beans though, unless you're planning on making it an EE day. Skip your Hi-Fi and just have one HE-A of cheese on your chilli, and then you could also have a jacket potato or rice with the chilli.
Then you will still have your syns for wine.
Well i skipped the cheese as didn't have any left LOL!!!!!

But i blummin forgot to syn the kidney beans - arrgghhhhh. Good god!
