Good morning everyone! Anyone weighed in today.

My weight this morning is 13 stone, 0.8 pounds - a loss of 3.4 pounds.

Hopefully next week I'll be in the 12 stone ** pounds :D

I am soooo glad it is not just me. I am trying to get into the 13s and just can't get there. Should have been there today but had my period last week and so water retention has not helped. The ONLY thing keeping me going is knowing that I'm sure to be right in the middle of the 13s next Monday as I've always lost 7 or 8 lbs the week after my period (fingers crossed this continues). I don't know what i'll do if I'm not around 13 stone 8 next week!!!!!!

Keep going Nessa - and drinnk more water.

Well done everyone - keep up the good work.

Good luck with tonight's weigh-in Gemma and getting back on the SS.

Nessa and Dancing - what do your CDC's say about no weight loss? I don't see how you can't lose weight with such a low calorie intake.

    Too much caffine=water retention????

3lbs!!!! for me this week. It's all moving in the right direction but can't help being a bit disappointed I was back at the gym Sat and Sun morning, increased the water and the activity last week.
I know I am retaining water as my jewelry is tighter than it had been and it's not TOTM?
Does caffine make you retain water....I have been drinking more black tea than usual???
Really wanted to meet my Feb challenge of 14lbs/1stone:confused::cry::(
    Oh well....onwards and downwards....albeit slowly!
