1lb loss for me this week too...really chuffed, as I climbed Scafel Pike this weekend and ate carbs and some peanuts to get me through the climb...blooming ache now!!!

I lost 1/2lb this week...It is * week, and went out Friday so am not too dissapointed by it...It's still a loss!!
I gained 0.5lb, thats a 2.5lb gain in total in the last 3 weeks. Spoke to my consultant & not sure where Im going wrong, I was certain I was going to have a loss of 2/3lbs
