    Am i suprised - not in the slightest,
    but today im offically starting, yesterday consitited of major junk food
    but today is the day!
    i bought a new treadmill yesterday and i know this is going to work for me,
    i've had a treadmill before & went on it 2 x 30 mins a day after a week i had lost 7lbs:eek:, but for some reason i stopped,sold it and bought a piano! hmmmm
    so starting weight 13st 12lbs - 194.4lbs
    going to start they day with a shake,
    hows everyone else getting on xxx

    Water under the bridge Kim, don't fret, just get back on it and you'll do great!! ;) So good you've got a treadmill, what a great idea! I don't have any exercise equipment but I try and do quite a bit of walking.

    well i hear walking is the best exercise for you even better than running.
    i just love treadmills and walking and i know they work for me, so i thought id treat myself. so finger cross it works this time x

    Great idea Kim, bet you really enjoy it, and the best thing is you can listen to choons or watch tv while you're walking:D :whacky068:

    haha lol its really heavy lol.. if i could i would share..
    thats whats great about it done 40 mins (2 miles) this morning, whilst watching jeremey kyle and i did'nt realise how long i had been on it, but my sweat said you need to get off lol. otherwise you'd drown

    That's great!!! You are doing SO well, good on you :happy096:
    Really good you can do it while you watch something on the box, much better than going to a gym and watching the mins tick by as you stare at a wall, with some skinny hyper thing sprinting on the treadmill next to you! :asskick:

    lol i know what you mean! there never seem's to be any fat people in the gym, alway skinny mins joggin away and i feel like flubber lol.
    but think ive got my mini gym nicely set up now lol. & my legs and arms are killing, but im happy lol

    That's so good, imagine how much you're burning!! I bet that treadmill is gonna work wonders ;)
