Monday's Menus

    Morning all, where the heck did the weekend go? It was lovely and warm in Essex all weekend!

    B: Fruit toast HE B & syns, Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

    L: Jacket & cottage cheese, side salad

    D: Courgette fritatta, eton mess 2 syns

    S: fruit, mullerlight
    E: rest day
    W: 2-3 litres water & herbal tea

    Have to agree - weekend was far too short (we really need 3 or 4 days weekends on a regular basis I reckon!)

    Breakfast - Porridge
    Lunch - Ham and Egg Salad - with pickled beetroot to flavour it up a bit. Activia Fat free yoghurt
    Tea - Quorn mince, left over from yesterdays pasta dish - to have with mashed butternut squash

    Snacks throughout the day - Apple, Cherries, Fridge Raiders (not tried these yet)
    Exercise - ran 5k this morning (had to get it over and done with)
    Syns - no plans yet so we shall see how the day goes (gave in to a kit kat chunky yesterday)

    B: strawberries and banana with mullerlight, tea ( milk for tea hex a).
    L: 2 slices wholemeal bread ( hex b) with salad, salad cream ( 2 syns) hard boiled egg. nectarine and 1 alpen light bar ( hex b)
    D: baked 'tato with creamy garlic mushrooms and side salad. alpen lite.

    midmorning nescafe vanilla latte - 4 syns

    Hi
    The weekend in Wirral was dreadful - rained all Saturday and high winds yesterday.:sigh:
    Lovely menus as usual.
    BF VFF Yoghurt
    Lunch Vegetable soup
    EM Not sure
    Have got an appointment at the dentist for further treatment - root canal etc.:sigh:
    Weigh in tonight (see how I am feeling) or will go to another class tomorrow night.
