    Hey guys, :)
I'm just looking for some confirmation as to whether or not I'm doing success express correctly?
Here's today's food diary (It's my treat day- hence, the syns are so high :p)

Breakfast: Fruit Salad! Strawberries, Blueberries, Melon, Oranges, Pineapple and an Alpen Light Bar (1/2 1[SUP]st[/SUP] HexB) P
    Lunch: Chicken Salad, 2 OrangesP
Snack: Muller Light, Alpen ( 1[SUP]st[/SUP] HexB), Banana P
Dinner: Superfree Red Pepper Soup, w/ Ham Toastie (2[SUP]nd[/SUP] HexB) P
    Syns: Daim Bar (7) w/Cup of Tea (50ml SS Milk) Drink remaining 200ml milk, 4 Mikado (2) , Disco Bar (6) P

Oh and here's my plan for tomorrow :)
Breakfast: 40g Bran Flakes, 200ml SS Milk, Raspberries, Strawberries, Banana
    Snack: Pineapple
Lunch: Jacket Potato, Cottage Cheese, Salad
    Snack: Muller Light, 2 Alpen
Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken w/Noodles (1 syn)
    Syns: Cup of Tea (50ml) 4 Hershey’s Kisses (4)

The sweet and sour chicken is homemade and syn free :)

    Thanks guys! :)

On Tuesday's dinner, you've stated that the sweet n sour is syn free, yet you've allocated 1 syn for the meal. If the syn is for the noodles, then you'd have to syn them as if on a red day (which would be quite high). On Success Express, you always take the highest syn value - for most things like chocolate, crisps, wine etc the syn value is the same on all plans, however for other things (where there a different syn value on each plan) you must take the highest value.

I haven't got my pack handy to check the following but - on Monday you had a Muller for a snack, don't all snacks have to be superfree on Success Express? Perhaps someone else (either with the pack handy or with a more recent knowledge than mine) can clarify this for you.

Lonestitcher is right, snacks should be superfree. You have to have 2/3rd superfree with meals and syns should be part of meals. If you are following EE you can have all free foods with meals but if you have them as snacks you need to take the highest syn value (from red or green). If you are following red/green all syn values are from the opposite programme. You also get 2x HExA and B choices a day. Your day reads like a normal SW day not SE.
SE needs more planning but gives great results if you do it for a few days or more. Good luck :)
