Possibly. I started mine when I was on day 3 but still lost 11lbs that week. Don't let it worry you too much.

Tell me about it! I'm struggling to drink 2 litres, I usually have 4 minimum, my fingers are swollen, can't see tomorrow being a big drop. Will just have to make up for it the week after.
