according to my slimming world app (im not even on SW but i'm joining soon to maintain once I come of my lipotrim diet!) it is:

Lidl Moordale Seafood salmon burgers. twin pack. frozen. 100g each

EE - 2 syns
Original - 2 syns
Green - 8 syns

not bad for EE and original! dnt eat salmon but intend to eat more fish once I've finished LT so will deffo give these a try!
